What makes Lux Oud perfume oils different?
Our concentrated perfume oils are worn directly on the skin and contain no added alcohol. Rather than a wide spray of scent, a small amount develops close to your skin as you wear it.
Are your perfume oils alcohol-free?
Yes. Our perfume oils are alcohol-free. Always check the individual product information for usage guidance.
How long will a fragrance last?
Longevity varies with the particular scent, your skin and how you apply it. Woody and musky notes may linger longer than lighter floral or citrus fragrances, but we do not promise a fixed number of hours.
How do I apply and layer perfume oil?
Apply a small amount to your pulse points, such as your wrists or neck. Start lightly and build gradually. You can layer fragrances if you enjoy combining notes; allow each oil to settle before applying more.
Should I choose 3ml or 6ml?
Choose 3ml to explore a new fragrance or enjoy an everyday travel-friendly size. Choose 6ml if you already have a favourite or want a more generous gift. Most Lux Oud fragrances offer both sizes.
Are Lux Oud fragrances unisex and suitable for sensitive skin?
Fragrance is personal, and our oils can be enjoyed by anyone who likes their scent. Even alcohol-free oils can irritate sensitive skin, so we recommend a patch test, avoiding broken skin and stopping use if irritation develops.

Do you offer perfume-oil gift sets?
Yes. Our curated discovery sets bring together three fragrances at a lower price than buying the same bottles separately. Explore Gift Sets to see the current selection and prices.
What is included in the three gift sets?
The Everyday Discovery Set includes Honeyed Oud, Orange Blossom and Rose Sublime (each 3ml). The Oud Discovery Set includes Honeyed Oud, Layali Al Oud and Persian Ambre (each 3ml). The Signature Gift Set includes Honeyed Oud, Layali Al Oud and Rose Sublime (each 6ml). Each set contains the specific fragrances listed; they are not mix-and-match sets.
Are the bottles gift-boxed?
Yes. Each perfume oil in our curated sets comes in its own complimentary Lux Oud box. The three bottles are individually boxed; there is no additional shared presentation hamper or outer gift box included in the set.
How much can I save by choosing a set?
At current individual prices, the Everyday Discovery Set saves £12, the Oud Discovery Set saves £11 and the Signature Gift Set saves £25 compared with buying their three included oils separately. Check each product page for the current set price.
Orders, delivery & returns
Is UK delivery free?
Yes. Delivery to UK addresses is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend. See our Shipping Policy for delivery information.
Do you deliver internationally?
Where international delivery is available, eligible destinations and charges are shown at checkout. If you cannot see a delivery option for your address, please contact us before ordering.
Where can I find my order or tracking information?
We will send order and dispatch updates to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking details are shared where available. For assistance, email info@lux-oud.com with your order number.
What if I need to cancel, return or report a problem?
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains online cancellation rights, returns and remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect products. Contact us promptly if anything arrives wrong. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
