We aim to describe and photograph our fragrance oils and other products accurately. Colours and presentation may vary slightly depending on your screen or the product batch; the description and size shown on the product page determine what you are ordering.

All orders are subject to stock availability. After checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgement. We accept your order when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for unavailable items.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes. The total payable and available payment options are shown at checkout before you place your order. We may change prices or promotions for future orders, but will not increase the price of an order we have already accepted.

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Where international delivery is available, any delivery charge is shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Delivery options and estimated dates are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments. Unless we agree another period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of purchase.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us at info@lux-oud.com with your order details. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable consumer law.

For most online purchases, you can change your mind and cancel from the time you order until 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then normally have another 14 days to send the goods back. Legal exceptions can apply to certain products. Sale items are not automatically excluded from statutory cancellation rights.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you have legal rights to a remedy, which may include a refund, repair or replacement. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process, applicable return costs and timescales. Nothing in these terms restricts your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please follow the instructions and safety warnings supplied with each product. Fragrance oils are for external use only and must not be swallowed. Avoid contact with the eyes and keep products away from children. For incense or bakhoor products, follow the relevant burner and fire-safety instructions. Stop using a fragrance if irritation occurs.

The text, photography, branding and design on this website belong to Lux Oud or are used with permission. They must not be reproduced commercially without consent. You may browse the website and share links to its pages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
